1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and 3jlq ("3jlq," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 3jlq.org and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 3jlq Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. 3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 3jlq Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent ban from the Platform.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to maintain the accuracy of such information at all times. 3jlq may request supporting documentation — including, without limitation, a government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method — at any time as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3jlq account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 3jlq will never request your password via chat, email, or any other communication channel. 3.4 Account Closure

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

3jlq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 3jlq does not apply currency conversion charges on PHP transactions.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

A minimum deposit threshold applies and is displayed on the deposit screen within your 3jlq account. Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name or not matching your KYC verification documents may be returned and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals from 3jlq are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before withdrawals above the standard threshold are processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your verified name.
• Real-money deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility unless otherwise specified.

3jlq targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawals to be processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within one (1) banking business day. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be subject to additional verification requirements.

4.4 Declined and Voided Transactions

3jlq reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, 3jlq may freeze the account and cooperate with relevant Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and law enforcement agencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other offers provided by 3jlq are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be restricted by account type, deposit method, or geographic location.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual offer terms.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creation or use of multiple accounts.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or mechanical device to interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity using the Platform.
• Harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive conduct directed at 3jlq staff or other users.

3jlq does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Nothing in this clause limits 3jlq's right to seek interim or injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
